The lake and the dock were lovely and the bathroom was imported from a five-star hotel..huge tub and shower! Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and lounge well appointed. "One of the best things about this hotel is Hesham (Front Desk/check-in). He welcomes you like an old friend (even if it's your first time staying there). Our room (and two other groups/guests) wasn't ready - not his fault as we were early to check-in. He offered us a seat in reception, showed us where we could get coffee/tea from while we waited (they have an amazing cappuccino machine and a great selection of teas. When our room was ready (not long at all - we hadn't even finished our coffee's or the fresh baked cookies they offer daily), he didn't call out from behind the desk, he walked over to us on the couch and told us he could finish checking us in now. Our room was spotless, cozy and bright. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Our room had a fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast (included with our stay) had a great section (eggs, sausage, potato, fruit, pastries/breads, yogurt, make your own waffles and a lot more). Our stay was 5 star. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the area."
