"I've stayed here three times and find it very nice for the price! It clearly was a gorgeous full service hotel when it was built, I think of her as a faded beauty. Apparently it has recently sold so it remains to be seen what they will do. Honestly, the breakfast wasn't as good as it was last time. It is convenient to be able to get dinner without leaving. The pool area is solid. I have a dog and he loves the giant field both in front and in back of the hotel. As I have a dog I stay in the dog rooms, so I don't know what the upper floors are like - I appreciate that they are trult dog friendly and understand I'm not getting the best room they have because of it. Comfortable beds, quiet, safe, and still full service."

"Easy check in, first room was not clean, candy wrappers and a used bed, but was quickly resolved and upgraded to a suite. We left a day early and because I had prepaid through hotels.com I was refunded anything. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Ample parking. Gas station right next door which was nice. Panera was only a block or so away, beautiful restaurant and excellent food for our in room movie watching. "

"Street noise is very loud. If you are on the "Center Street" side of the property I doubt you'll be able to sleep very well. The building apparently doesn't have much soundproofing and Oregonians apparently like to rev their engines very high at night. The hotel and staff are as expected for the level but the noise, especially during sleep hours, makes it impossible to recommend."
