"The staff when I checked in were wonderful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean with hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was dirty. When I checked out, the staff member was very rude and acted like I was “bothering” her when I asked a simple question about the SkyTrain. Won’t be staying here again."

"Totally enjoyed staying at this property. clean, Exceptional service, the place felt like it was brand new. We are going back in a few days there again before we return back home. Highly recommend."

"The bed was very lumpy, breakfast was muffins and coffee and was actually not out when I went to get it at 9:30 am. Blinds were not working and ac was loud. Definitely do not recommend."
