"Did not like the policy of $10 per hour charge for early check in. If I check in late there is no discount offered. One sided policy. My room was ready but was told would be $10 per hour plus tab for each hour before posted check in. This is the only hotel I have ever experienced with this policy. Will definitely impact my future decisions to stay here."

"This was just a one night stay for us, on the way home from a holiday. We stayed in a room with two beds and a pull out couch. The only thing I could say that would have made it better was if there was an extra blanket and pillow for the pull out bed, stored somewhere in the room. Our son is the type of kid that would not allow me to call the desk for extra, he doesn’t like to be a pain, so he made due with his travel blanket and his sister took a pillow off her bed for him. Overall though, it was a good stay!"

"It was very clean. The employees were extremely courteous and professional. Everything you needed was right there. The only thing I didn’t like was every time you walked into the casino you had to provide your identification, but that’s no slight against this hotel, that’s a BC law. I like my privacy and don’t think it’s the governments business that I chose to go to a casino."
