"Wow! We stayed n the new section of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The tv has many options and there was even a bonus coffee bar area with Nespresso. The staff was very welcoming at check-in and equally kind at check-out. Because of our great experience here, we will look for more Hotel Universel properties in our future travels.."
