"This was a great house with a beautiful lake! Plenty of room for everyone and stocked with all the necessities! If you enjoy fishing, this was the perfect place. My husband and kids spent a lot of time in the boat on the lake and caught a ton of fish. Great restaurants nearby too! Definitely recommend for a relaxing time!"

"Excellent property with high end finishes and furnishings. Great lake views, walk to the beach and shoreline could be tricky in wet conditions for older renters. Very clean and organized with all the necessary items in the kitchen. The only thing I would call out as missing was wood for the firepit. "

"This property was perfectly located in the downtown area of Wilmington. Lots of walkable restaurants. The game room and closet full of games was our personal favorite feature. Definitely would stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Wilmington! "

"The house was beautiful and the view was stunning. We found mouse poop in one of the drawers in the kitchen. The trash was full when we arrived so there was no place to put our trash bags. There were cigarette butts on the ground despite it being a non- smoking property. We are outdoors people and would have loved to use the fire pit but the it was very far from the house and wood was not supplied. I cannot imagine having to pack wood and then lugging it that far. However, it was overall a great place and would recommend to friends."
