"I was pleasantly surprised in how well well-maintained this property was. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable bed and linens. We were in a king room with a little deck off the back. It was just lovely to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Check in and check out was a breeze and this adorable hotel is in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

"This property was perfectly located in the downtown area of Wilmington. Lots of walkable restaurants. The game room and closet full of games was our personal favorite feature. Definitely would stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Wilmington! "

"We had such a great stay! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Our sons were obsessed with the built-in beds and the incredible game room.The outdoor space is what really makes this place special. We spent hours by the pool and under the pergola, had dinner outside at the big table, and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit at night. The pickleball court was fun too — we ended up playing more than we expected!Inside, the beds were really comfy and we loved starting our mornings with the Nespresso and full coffee bar with so many options. It’s little touches like that that make a stay feel extra cozy.We’re already talking about coming back for a winter weekend at Mount Snow — I can only imagine how magical this place must be in the snow. Highly recommend if you're looking for a mix of comfort, style, and things to do! "

"We had a wonderful experience staying here, from start to finish. It truly exceeded our expectations. The owners have thoughtfully prepared their home so that you feel right at home and have everything you need for a great vacation. The house was perfect for two families, with more than enough room for all of us to gather in the cozy living room by the fire and play a game. But also plenty of room for the kids to spread out and lounge in the loft or play in the game room. Great location close to both Mount Snow and Wilmington center. We enjoyed the amenities of the Chimney Hill clubhouse. We would love to stay here again!"
