"The room was very nice. Very clean. Very modern. And I like the colors of the building. The only issue, and this is the case at many motels, is that the wall heater is very loud when it goes on and off. Actually, thinking about it, if it had a continuous fan option, that would help. I should have checked. Many motels lack the continuous fan option. Any, this is not a big deal. Importantly, very nice, modern, clean room. And it was quite with respect to noise from people. Nice place!"

"We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Bowling Green for a family trip. Overall the hotel was clean and convenient, but our room on the first floor had a few issues. The in-room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk, and we could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above whenever people walked. The staff was polite, but these problems made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"We spent too much to sleep here to not get any sleep. The doors all slammed when they closed and you’d hear it down the hall. Every time someone in another room went to the bathroom it sounded like someone was pouring water down the drain in our bathroom. The bathroom did not have a functioning fan or even a toilet paper holder. My wife also found a disturbing stain on her towel as she dried off. To top it off, the people in the room above us had two dogs that wouldn’t stop running, fighting,...

"The room had sticky cabinets and filthy couch. Had to switch rooms. The second room had a huge stain on the carpet in the shape of a roach. I was very uneasy"

"We stayed in room 106. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, the toilet was sort of unstable/shaky, there's a small piece of metal sticking out of the wood in the door frame near the toilet that someone could get hurt on, there's not enough parking spaces (had to park in neighboring lot), and the walls must be very thin because you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway including housekeeping starting around 8 am. Not a very pleasant place to stay. "
