"Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue."

"Well-designed small one-bedroom apartment in a transitional neighborhood of big old houses, walking distance to Lake of the Isles, the Wedge Co-op, and good coffee/ restaurants. Convenient to buses, downtown, Minneapolis Institute of Art and the lakes. Sun-filled living room, quiet at night. Only slight hitch was that we hadn't yet received check-in info the day before we were leaving, but the host responded with what we needed within a couple hours of my query, and cheerfully helped me figure things out when I was confused."

"Property was very well-maintained. Room was exquisitely clean. Really liked the bathroom layout and the walk-in shower and rain head - there was plenty of room for toiletries (not sure what one of the other reviewers was going on about). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bar area was lively; they had opened the outdoor portion and people were hanging out on the street side and there was good energy. Also, free parking is available on the street just one block south. Couple opportunities for improvement: -Shower temperature range should be set a bit hotter. -The guitars on the wall were cool, but including a working electric amplifier in every room was a WILD choice for a hotel in which guests expect to sleep. Thankfully no one decided to plug in at 3am. Those are my only nits to pick. Thank you for the nice stay!"
