"We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin! It was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our whole family. The hot tub was a huge highlight after a day of exploring, and the location was PERFECT, close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.The upstairs was a huge hit with the kids and easily their favorite part of the cabin!Such a fun, relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely come back!"

"The cabin had everything we needed (except a pancake griddle) and lots of extra complementary things too. The coffee bar and hot tub and deck were very nice and we enjoyed the view surrounding the cabin of the hill. It was a ways away from restaurants and stores so we were glad to have been prepared with things we needed. We enjoyed hiking the Hocking Hills trails a lot. "

"We had a great time at Black Bear Hideaway. The property was beautiful and well stocked, but could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Underneath the furniture in the living room was full of crumbs and dust. There were no batteries in the remotes, so we had to purchase batteries to watch TV. We had plenty of towels, the hot tub worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The water in the showers didn't seem to get very hot, and the shower heads were older and sprayed all over. The dumpster on the property was full the whole week, but I contacted the host and they let us know it was ok to just use the trash bin on the porch if the dumpster didn't get emptied. They were prompt to get back with me on my inquiries. We had wonderful weather during our stay, and the home was large enough to accomodate our large group. "

"The cabin was exactly as described! Well stocked kitchen, clean and very comfortable! Close to hiking trails, restaurants and anything you need. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for our family of four and our dog too! "

"Everything about this cabin was absolutely PERFECT! First let me start with the communication with the hosting party, they clearly stated what to bring to make your stay easy and relaxing and I'm so happy they helped us prepare. We did end up losing power on our last night there from around 6pm- 4am. This was no problem at all, because we were prepared with the list of essential items that was provided to us.This cabin was COZY, cute, clean, and in the perfect location for our hiking pleasure! We started our mornings with coffee and the hot tub, hiked all day and ended our days with an amazing dinner on the deck a s'mores over the fire and a good relaxing soak in the hot tub before bed. We were glad to see this cabin is dog friendly so we could bring our four legged hiking buddy with us. He also really enjoyed his stay here! The check in and check out process was extremely easy and I really appreciated the communication with the hosting party. Thank you so much!! We really hope to visit again! "

"This home was the perfect relaxing place to take breaks from our adventures. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. They did great with all the little details of what makes a home comfortable. Plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows. There was always something to do, between the games, the hotub, and tv by the cozy fireplaces. The house is close enough to many of the main trails, so we were able to come back for meals. Rock house is the closest, but the most physically difficult, so I'm really glad we did that last and had the hottub to soak in when we got back. This house is truly a wonderful place to stay while exploring the beauty of Hocking Hills! "
