"I thought this was going to be a cool and updated hotel. It was very run down and probably the grossest hotel i've stayed in in a long time. There was a pool party outside our door with a dj and the freeway overpass could be seen from the window as well. There was no way to walk anywhere decent. We drove off as soon as possible."

"This is a....functional...hotel. There is nothing special or stand-out about it. There were stains on the bed skirt, stains on the ottoman fabric. The spout for the tub was loose from the wall. That said.... there was art on the walls, the AC worked well and the staff was nice. "

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. It was centrally located for my planned activities and conveniently situated between both airports. The staff was friendly and my room was clean. One improvement would be having a more consistent housekeeping schedule. Some days housekeeping arrived before 10 a.m., while other days my room wasn’t cleaned until well after 1 p.m. Having a general timeframe would make it easier to know when to leave the room and when it’s okay to return. The main issue during my stay was the shower. When I arrived, the bathtub spout was not caulked and there appeared to be a problem with the diverter valve. Because of this, water continued to flow from the spout while the shower was on, which caused the tub to drain slowly and back up. Unfortunately, a replacement room of the same type was unavailable due to full bookings, so I endured the issue. That said, I do appreciate the staff making an effort to help and having maintenance caulk the spout. On a positive note, the gym was almost always empty, which I enjoyed, and I liked that the pool was indoors. The breakfast was decent with a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the maple sausage and the biscuits and gravy. I also appreciated the different waffle flavors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I just hope the remaining repairs are completed and that the shower is fully functioning next time."

"Parking was easy, and i felt secure with all the cameras. The a/ did in fact keep it super cold! However the room was on a slant. Not wand to stay in place. The first room did have issues like the fridge not working. They were quick and helpful to change rooms but each room had its faults. Ive had much better for this price, but still maybe give them a dhot. They may improve!"

"No coffee available in room. The urn at the front desk served coffee for limited time only and it was lukewarm at best. One young lady seating guests in morning shift at restaurant was less than friendly. when I mentioned the coffee was cold from urn at front desk, she instructed me to buy a cup in the restaurant. When I said that doesn't seem right. Im a guest staying here. She dismissed me with I don't make the rules around here. The other personnel were welcoming & friendly but she took the shine away from all. "
