"Great place to stay on a working farm. Room was spacious with a good kitchenette. There is a small, well stocked store to buy food/drinks onsite which is helpful as the location is not near shops. Location is great being right near the walking and cycling trails. "

"Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space."

"This cottage has a really nice vibe very clean and ideally situated for visiting Thirsk and the local communities. The market square is a few short steps away The railway station is a pleasant 30 minutes walk away, but it does have a bus service if the weather is not too good The cottage is spread over 3 storeys and is modern kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and sitting/living room is 1st floor and bedroom top floor.
