Nice enough hotel, especially if you have a car. Was unaware there’s a 24/7 casino attached so parking was challenging at certain moments at night. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

Modern rooms, well taken care of. Caution that it is a good 15-minute taxi ride from The Hague city center and there is not a lot around the immediate vicinity.

Lovely Hotel
Had an amazing stay. Clean, spacious room and free parking. Breakfast was ok the usual variety but the orange juice was very freshly squeezed from the machine. We had the buffet from the restaurant it was lovely and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Holland.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Amazing beds. Great showers with high pressure. Staff super friendly. Would stay there again. Would highly recommend if you have a car. Would be great if hotel could dedicate parking spots to hotel guests. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

Should provide daily housekeeping.
We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was good except it will be better if housekeeping provide daily room cleaning. We left room at 8am and returned at 4pm. Room was not cleaned. Soon (10mins) after we returned, the housekeeper appeared asking us if we need new towels and toiletaries. We had expected daily housekeeping from such a nice hotel.

A fair experience for what it is, notably a remote, side of the motorway hotel. The restaurant quite expensive for not so good (very greasy, no veggies, heavy) food.

The staff are very professional and friendly and work effortlessly as a team to make your stay a welcomed one.The rooms are spacious, modem design, beds are super comfortable. Overall you have the feeling of being in a first class hotel. The Samen Resturant is an absolute must place to go and eat. Outstanding buffet style cuisine cooked to your requirements by the expertise chefs and managed by a young 'Top Manager', you will leave definitely wanting to return again and recommending to others. The hotel is very new and I see it having a very successful future.

Worst service ever!
This was by far the crappiest experience I have ever had in a hotel. Hotel room was not clean, extra bed (which we booked) not available - fire alarm went off in the very early morning. When going down the fire escape, building materials were stored on the stairs (an absolute no-no for safety) and the fire truck never showed up. In the morning staff was not willing to compensate other than free breakfast (when we were leaving, so obviously no time for that). I would think twice or three times if I were you before booking this hotel.

New hotel. Easy access from highway by car. 5 minutes by bicycle to center of town, and 15-20 minutes to TU Delft campus. Bicycles available at hotel.
