"Very nice floor plan and location. Unit was clean with full size kitchen and washer and dryer. All appliances and HVAC working well. The heated pool was beautiful with a great view of the golf course. There was nice deck furniture with a gas grill. Wade always responded quickly to our questions and was very pleasant to work with.Hope to come back soon! "

The putting green was a fun touch, and the guest handbook made check-in and settling in easy. "We were in town for a wedding. Eight adults stayed and it was quite comfortable. The house was immaculate and spacious. The listing was a little confusing as the picture of the office looks like it’s an actual room, but in person it is a loft. The futon was comfy. I would highly recommend. We plan to return spring/summer for a longer stay to enjoy more of the amenities it offers.The owners were quick to respond and really assisted with the stay. "

Unlike dealing with a typical management company, you’ll be renting from thoughtful, local owners who go above and beyond. Their communication is excellent, and the home is stocked with everything you could need. The pride they take in their property is evident in the impeccable condition of the house, the serene backyard pool, and the tranquil garden oasis.Nestled in a peaceful/gated neighborhood, you’ll have access to amenities like pools, hot tubs, and pickleball/basketball courts, golf all while being conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The home is ideal for two to three couples or a small family, and elder adults will appreciate the one-level home and thoughtful safety features, like grab bars in the restrooms.
