"The house was very nice and roomy. We ejoyed the grill and outdoor fire. Well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Host was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The front door had problems and it was fixed the next day."

" Beautiful and very clean home! The house was larger than it appeared in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and extras like sunscreen and a welcome gift basket were a nice touch. The home is located in a safe area with parks within walking distance. Close to many hiking trails in the San Tan regional park. The pool and hot tub were very nice and heated to a comfortable temperature. Communication with the host was easy through the app. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Had (have) issue with extra person charge, do not know why it was charged, in fact one of the listed renters did not have to stay as they lived in queen creek, when reservation was made we had no idea how far apart the residences were, she was only 10 minutes away, so she did not have to stay. Would like to have extra person charge explained."
