Welcome to our beautiful Golf Course view property, overlooking the 3rd hole on San Tan Highlands Golf Club (formerly The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch). Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch, just 25 minutes to the Gateway Airport in Mesa or 55 minutes to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

The inside of our home features a bright, open concept design with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed with attached ensuite featuring a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks and a large walk in closet with lots of room to organize your clothes. The primary as an over-sized patio door which opens up to the patio for easy backyard access. The other two bedrooms, both offer queen sized bedroom suites accommodating a total of 6 guests. Our home offers a 65” Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom complete with Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The backyard speaks for itself! It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your own private salt water pool, hot tub, adobe style fireplace and 3 hole putting green. Enjoy the beautiful view of the 3rd hole green from anywhere in the yard while taking advantage of the Weber BBQ.

Johnson Ranch is a private community boasting an 18-hole championship course, which contains a practice putting and chipping green and full-sized driving range. 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free 9-hole pitch and putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts and a stocked catch and release fishing pond. You have access to it all as our guest.

Local shops include Fry’s Grocery store and many restaurants close by. There is also a one time cleaning fee of $195.00 USD and our home is non-smoking and has a no pet policy.

NOTE: We do have a Ring doorbell on the home as well as a security camera on the front of the home and one at the back. The camera on the back of the home is on a switch which can be turned off by the renters at the front door when the home is occupied.
