"Do not be fooled by the "elegant" photos on Expedia. This property is a massive bait-and-switch. The marketing materials are a complete lie; the reality is a dilapidated, poorly maintained, and unsanitary environment. Specific issues in my unit included: Structural Neglect: There was a large, jagged hole in the drywall where someone had cut into the wall and simply left it open. Unsanitary Conditions: There were squished bugs on the walls from previous guests that had never been cleaned off. The housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Broken Furniture: Cabinet doors had fallen off the wall units and were left leaning against the wall rather than being repaired or reattached. If the photos had accurately reflected the holes in the walls and the lack of basic cleanliness, I never would have booked this property. It is clear that management has zero pride in this business and is content to take guests' money under false pretenses. Expedia needs to delist this property immediately. It is a scam. SAVE YOUR VACATION: DO NOT STAY HERE, LOOK AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE."

"I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean—the floors hadn’t been mopped, and walking barefoot left my feet black. The shower was also dirty, and there was dried residue on the stove. I didn’t use the kitchen as there were no pots, pans, or even a kettle available upon request. Everything felt old and worn. The chairs at the small table were badly damaged, with ripped vinyl and exposed foam, making them uncomfortable to sit on. This is a very basic budget hotel and not suitable for travelers without a car or their own equipment, as you’ll need to bring everything yourself. Overall, disappointing and not worth the stay."

"I wasn't even able to check in, due to them refusing to accept either my payment method, ID, and Reference Number, due to the fact that my ID wasn't from the state. I live in another state, why would I need the ID to a state that I don't reside in? Its a legal and valid ID. I don't need to have the state ID for every state in the US, except for the State that I live in. As well, upon trying to check in. I heard from another guest that they wanted to change rooms, due to having their room's door being broken down before entry. How bad and dangerous can a place be? So I had to leave and book a hotel elsewhere."

"When checking in, we were given our keys and that was it. No information from staff on where room was, what floor we would be on, what entrances were available, no direction. No information given on anything really. Room layout was awkward, with bed and TV cabinet. "

"Front desk female employee who worked Saturday morning was terrible and rude for me to almost think she was racist. Asked her for towels at 2:45 pm and she said uhhhh yeah I will send them and never received them. However, Nina and the male employee who worked Sunday were excellent!!!! Property is not the same from previous stays years ago."
