"The owner, John, is an exceptional host and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is so convenient to Downtown Seneca restaurants and grocers. We would recommend this home as a fair value. "

"The property was perfect for four adults to stay at for a Clemson game. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful on the water. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. It had all basic essentials needed such as cooking spray, foil, coffee filters, garbage bags, and seasonings. The tv also had a Roku. The shower appeared to be recently renovated and it was really nice. It included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We did have to get more toilet paper, paper towels, and bug spray while we were staying there so I would recommend keeping that in mind for packing. Publix was 0.4 miles away which was very convenient for whatever we needed. There was also a fire pit that we didn’t use but great option if we needed it. Renters would need to supply their own firewood but that is easy to get at nearby stores. We did not bring our dog, but the property seemed great for dogs as well it had a small fenced in grassy area. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The checkin was extremely easy to find as well which we appreciated."

"House was comfortable and inviting. 3 couples spent the weekend here for a Clemson game weekend visiting our daughter. The location was convenient, an easy 15 minute drive. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Modern furnishings but comfortable throughout. The kitchen had all the necessities. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to be. We weren't there long enough to fully enjoy the lake- maybe next time. "
