8/10 Good

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"Paid for a breakfast that I never received. I walk into the breakfast area at 6am & communicated with the waitress that I had a flight to catch (departed at 7am) There was ZERO URGENCY, by 6:15, I walked out to the front desk to make sure the shuttle was there, it wasnt. So, I walk back ti the breakfast area grab my bag, food not there, $20 extra basically stolen. No shuttle available until 6:30, which would put me way too close, so I have to order a taxi, another unnecessary $20 stolen. To top it off, the fire alarm was set off at 5am that morning, a false alarm, but still, that caused the elevators to be locked out forcing me to walk six flights of stairs with my luggage. The most unpleasant wake-up call, with no breakfast & no shuttle. As a Bon Voy member I can attest to the fact that this falls so far beneath the Marriott standard, this location should have the Marriott name pulled from their signage. "

"I booked with Expedia. We arrived late at night and the two bed room we booked had been given to someone else. They did get us a room with a bed and a pull out couch. In the morning, the general manager said she would and did get us a two bed room when we returned from the race track. So, started not good and ended up good."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."

"We booked this hotel 2-3 weeks ahead of our trip. Travelled very far from Canada to Philadelphia 9 hours . Despite calling them when we booked that we will be arriving early morning booked Thursday through Saturday. And when we got there early morning Friday. They had sold our rooms. We booked for 12 people total. And the booking even said 4 people each room. They tried giving me only 1 room with 2 beds and other 2 with only 1 bed. A family of 12 getting only 4 beds how does that work. Fortunately I found place to sleep after 1 hour of standing tired. And than they refunded my booking. But that too after I called helpline 2-3 times. If doing early check in even if you have booked a day before call them so they don’t sell your room to someone else without confirming with you."
