"Absolutely not happy with my stay. Would not recommend and would not stay again. Very disappointing experience. Frequently traveling but this didn’t even meet the minimum expectations. - breakfast was nothing like advertised, very poor selection, absolutely disappointing - pool milky and not inviting, couldn’t use - you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. They flush the toilet you hear it. They talk you hear it - very noisy during the night. People in the hallway yelling/laughing/messing around loudly - sketchy location - people hanging out in the parking lot, you can also hear them from your room. Makes me feel uneasy, also about leaving my car"

"I’ve stayed at this property in the past with no issues. However this stay was different. The room had a heavy mildewed smell and when I woke the next morning to shower there was no hot water. I let it run for an extended period from both the sink and bath. It was lukewarm at best. I spoke to the front desk at checkout. I was told there was no maintenance personnel available to even address the issue. No attempt to even address the issue was made. The location is good for my visits to the Miami area but doubtful I will stay here again after this stay."
