The Enchantments Holidays from AU$2,401

All seemed excellent except for the king bed we slept in. It had a mattress toper on it which made for a good nights sleep but trying to get out of it sure hurt our backs. Other wise I would give it a 5 star review.

Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming.

Internet average. Staff courteous and helpful. No breakfast. Simple accommodations and clean good AC and Heat. I f you want a simple relaxing place to stay this is the place.

Parking is very convenient. Staff so nice, everyone was very helpful and kind. Had a wonderful time. Sun deck is nice for a relaxing evening watching the river.

Spotless hotel, very clean and comfortable bed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great price too - will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
