"For $440.00 for two nights, I didn't expect to have to pay $37.00 extra each night for parking. Most low-end hotels have a parking lot with free parking. Also, the room was majorly outdated, and the bathroom was little. I have stayed in various Hiltons across the United States, and this one particular room (712) didn't hold a candle to a Hilton that I was used to staying in. I would expect to pay that kind of rate for 2 nights; everything would be included that is required to stay. If I have to visit Knoxville again, I will not be staying at this location. I know there is another Hilton in Knoxville, and hopefully it is better than what I just experienced."

"Too dirty for the price. Baseboards, throw pillows, bathrooms, and rugs were all dirty. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t worth the trouble of the host getting things cleaned, though they did offer when I communicated upon arrival. Amazing location but I expected a cleaner place. I hope the owners find a better cleaning service!"
