"No Ice Machine - It was out of order for the duration of my stay. "

"Someone did poo in the hot tub so it needed to be cleaned. Gross. The front desk didn’t explain any of the amenities or times (pool, etc). The room was satisfactory. I know the hotel is old and it does deserve an update."

"The lack of transparency about the parking situation was a big letdown. The lot is very small and the alternative is an open air ramp across the street. "

"The room was mostly clean but could definitely have used a deep clean. The beds were ok. The breakfast was decent and they did have several options. The rate was good and it was close to the venue we were going to. The Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic and the mall is very close as well. "
