"Great room setup 1 bath per bedroom was nice Goodprice for package Negatives: No parking available without paying $40 for valet Then told there was no spots large enough for my vehicle Had to park, in the rain, 2 blocks away At 1 AM the people above us checked in and for an hour were running and jumping on the floor. Needless to say, we did not rest. Called front desk twice and after the first time the tenants were even worse. Took 2 trips from front desk to their room. We asked for another room and were told they were at 100% capacity and nothing was available. I was told to contact the manager via email for a refund We will see if there is compensation"

"the casino was downstairs. the room was large. the lighting in the bathroom sink area was not that bright. staff was very friendly. casino was fun. played a long time w 200. 7 hours. free drinks at least. fun few days. good stop right off PATPK and right next to the entrance for Valley Forge National Park."

"Our room was not ready at check-in time. We were told that they were finishing up, and it would be 10-15 minutes. After a half-hour, I went back to the front desk. Our room was still not ready, but they found us another room. Unfortunately, it was never updated in their system. The next morning, three different staff members attempted to enter our room because they thought we were checking out. I thought the third person had taken care of it, but it took 2 more phone calls from the front desk to figure out we were leaving the next day. I was assured that everything was fixed, but our key cards were deactivated when we went out for the evening. We were not offered an apology or any compensation for being inconvenienced multiple times. In fact, when I asked for late checkout, the front desk person said they couldn't do it, and, after all, we'd "only waited 30 minutes" for our room at check-in. She was extremely rude and dismissive. To top it off, housekeeping tried to come in the next morning well before checkout despite the do not disturb sign. The property itself was fine, but I will never stay there again due to their disorganization and poor customer service."

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."
