"The hotel is located downtown Phoenixville. Staff made very good restaurant recommendations. Parking was not a problem when we were there asthere were street parking spaces. Staff were very attentive. The only downside was the room size was quite small. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk was so helpful and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet only heard people out in the hall once. Our room was nice and clean. I accidentally booked a room with a shower instead of a tub and the staff at the front desk were understanding and were able to help switch to a room with a tub. Pool was busy but nice!"

"We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. "

Rooms were small bed was clean and they did charge 75 for having the 3 small dogs even though they are trained and did no mess in the rooms we were only there one night so it wasn’t a big deal . Apparently the MLB stay there . "

"The gentlemen at the desk in the evening were so personable and very easy to talk to. If you had a problem they woykd be right in it to fix it. The breakfasts in the morning were great. They gave multiple options for waffles. On both saturday and sunday. I woukd most definitely stay there again. "
