"Was upgraded to superior deluxe amazing large room with separate seating area. Fridge iron ironing board. Comfortable large bed. Fresh milk in fridge. Big bathroom with large walkin shower and separate bath twin sinks. Helpful check in staff Goid food in restaurant and great bar Highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is well located with parking.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean , beds comfortable. Especially impressed with the breakfast good quality and gluten free options. Would stay again. "

"We arrived in the evening and despite knowing in advance our room was damaged they didn't contact us. They offered alternative rooms, one smelt damp the other of something worse. The rooms didn't have enough beds for the size of our party. We left agreeing a refund. They have failed to give a refund and are avoiding my messages. Avoid at all costs."

"Basic accommodation on the outskirts of the city centre, but absolutely fine for what we needed as somewhere to base ourselves. Helpful staff and room facilities were fine, with in-room shower excellent. Shared bathroom worked better than might have been expected and, altogether, place was fine for what it was."
