"Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area."

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"We found this cottage perfect for our four night stay. It was very clean and everything you could possibly want was supplied. The setting was lovely, in the middle of the English countryside. Would highly recommend and if we could, we would come back - two very happy kiwis 😊😊"
