"I can not say enough about this property. It has everything you need. Very clean, great house and great view of the mountains. I daughter could not get enough of the horses across the street. Sorry I didn't see this years ago when I visited my family yearly. I will be back without even checking other places."

"The house is beautiful and has everything you need plus more. It’s not as close to see you Boulder as I thought, it took me about 30 minutes but it wasn’t too bad. It was really clean and a pretty view from the deck."

"I stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend with my daughters, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was perfect, from the incredibly comfortable beds to the amazing, fully equipped kitchen.The owners clearly pay attention to every detail and have thought of everything to make their guests’ stay easy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including both regular and decaf coffee, pancake mix, and even a waffle maker. The bathrooms were also thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials.We loved the location as well. The house is within walking distance of Erie’s historic downtown, which we found very charming, and we especially loved the little coffee shop there. Being only about 25 minutes from Boulder was also very convenient for us.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home!"

"We couldn't have asked for a better home for our family reunion! We had family traveling from across the country to bring Grandma and Grandpa together with all of their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and this home was absolutely perfect for us.We have family living in Denver, Erie, and Boulder, so the location made it easy for everyone to come together. The home itself was exactly what we needed—one level, three bedrooms, and a wonderful open kitchen, dining, and living area where everyone could gather and spend time together. It was comfortable, spacious, and had every amenity we could possibly need.And Shelly was fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and helpful, and whenever we had a question, she responded right away. That kind of communication made our stay even easier.This is honestly one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. It was the perfect place for such a special family gathering, and I would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity. We made some wonderful memories here, and we're so glad we found it!"
