"The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus. "

"This house fit our needs perfectly with a fully outfitted kitchen, BBQ grill, and fully fenced in yard for our dog. The neighborhood is quaint and great for walking (ie sidewalks) plus there’s a nice little path around a reservoir that’s close by."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thunderdome! My husband and his parents stayed here for our daughter's graduation from CU Boulder, and this was perfect for that - it was peaceful and quiet, and we spent a lot of time on the patio around the fire pit, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains. The house had comfortable sofas and plenty of seating for everyone, the beds were comfortable too. Our daughter's boyfriend is a pilot, so he flew her to the house from Boulder and we had a really fun family celebration there. We also got an opportunity to fly with him and use the very awesome airstrip, see the countryside from the air or watch the takeoffs/landings! Everything was just what we needed and everyone was really happy with the place. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing place!"

Plenty of kitchen accoutrements for family cooking, which we did several times. Jeremy very attentive and responded to our needs within minutes! "We just stayed for eight nights. This home is very comfortable. Beds were comfy.Living room was a nice place to relax in the evening with a large “C” shaped couch & a large smart tv. Bath shower was great. Lots of hot water with an insta-hot whole home gas water heater. Used the washer & dryer a couple of times. They appear brand new.Nice quiet location on a small street. Centrally located to almost everything.Will definitely stay here when back in Colorado."
