It was made super easy and there was a very nice lady at the front who gave me some more options on what I could do to make it even more special. This is an excellent choice when traveling with young children. Lots of toys, background playground, etc. Hot tub was quite large and very clean. Weight room with free weights and machines, and very clean. Established neighborhood with little traffic, numerous shopping squares with shops, restaurants, groceries, fuel, and ATMs nearby. Easy arrival and departure. Plus, yummy fresh made cookies!!! "
