Condo and pool was very clean, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. This condo is in great location to Blue Mountain. We enjoy our stay.

The property was nice. Clean and plenty of room for me. Could get a little cramped with 3 to 4 people. The area was good. Walking distance to the slopes and a good trail to hike. Walking to the village wasnt bad but a little bit of a hike. Weather was a little rough ut I made the most of it. Overall a good stay!! but

This complex is ideal if you are looking for a quiet location within walking distance to the Village. This unit, although a little dated, was clean and well equipped. Arrival and departure were seamless.

We have a lovely time in this condo, which was clean and had everything we with two young children will need. It was very close to Blue Mountain, Scenic caves and beaches. Property manager/owner were incredibly responsive and gave us clear direction for check-in and check out so there was no confusion. Highly recommend!

This was my first Vrbo experience and naively expected the description and pictures of the unit to be accurate. The unit's interior needed some maintenance work and the primary bed had zero support. While there was a balcony, it was stacked with 10+ chairs that were dirty/weathered and the structure itself was questionable. All in all, a disappointment. When I asked if there could be a partial refund for our inconvenience, I did not get a response.

Stay didn’t start off on the right foot. Had trouble getting into the unit upon arrival because door lock code provided didn’t work. Internet and tv was also not working. After investigating on the first night property manager found out the router/modem needed to be replaced. New router was installed the following afternoon. The upstairs shower was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Property owner did show up the following day to clear it out. The main floor bed mattress was so worn out that when an adult or child slept on it, it was like sleeping on a hammock with the amount of sag it had in the middle. We had to use this bed like this throughout the whole stay. Lastly the ac unit (located above the main entrance door) drops condensation water pretty frequently so it’s difficult to walk through the front door without getting wet.The booking process was smooth and the property management portal was easy to use but the unit was not ready for our stay and it’s disappointing because this was a family getaway and a special birthday celebration as well. The frustrating part was too much time was spent interacting with the property managers to get stuff fixed. I also don't believe this stuff just happened during our stay. These are issues that were most likely already present and just overlooked.

This place was perfect for my 3 kids and I, with 2 queen beds and a double sized pull out couch and 2 full bathrooms. It was less than a five minute drive to the Blue Mountain resort where we spent a lot of our days. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but it was fully stocked with all of the supplies you would need to make a meal. I only have 2 minor complaints - the floor was a bit sandy by the door (and the chair by the fireplace had some sand on it too) and the bathroom toiletries were missing from both bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Not a big deal for us as we brought our own but it did state in the room description that they would be supplied. Other than that there were no issues. It was very convenient as home base to and from Blue Mountains, the Scenic Caves and Collingwood. I would definitely stay there again.
