- Guests Must be 25 years of age in order to book this chalet
- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaws in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all rules
- Guests can only park 7 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Hot Tub use is prohibited after 11:00PM

Great place for large groups
The place was awesome!!! We had 11 adults and we had plenty of space, great kitchen for cooking, plenty of washrooms and overall just a great place for a ski weekend. We definitely will book again. Thanks
