"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were BEYOND amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the bar/coffee shop staff to the chef were the friendliest we encountered on our trip — and that's saying a lot! The location as perfect for sightseeing in Belfast. "What a great place to stay - so central and wonderful customer service. We had a clear glass Juliette balcony door that overlooked the City Hall and thus enabled us to keep it open all night to have fresh air. Clean, comfortable bed with all the comforts of fridge, coffee/tea service, etc. and safe. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with regard to the cooking of the eggs so we went out to the deli in the next block the next morning."

"Such a lovely experience with a warm welcome, an exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing breakfasts. Conveniently located for the motorway yet really quiet. We had the Courtyard room which had a double and a single bed. It’s was a good sized room with everything we needed. We had a slight issue with the shower temperature the first day that was quickly resolved. Everyone was very friendly and I’d highly recommend this excellent B&B. "
