The Bank- Historic Charm, Modern Stay in the Heart of Three Oaks
10/10 Excellent
"The house was so much fun to stay in. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining and living room and spent time cooking and playing games and enjoying the space. The location was great and we walked to town several times. The owner was great to work with, with proactive communication and fast response times for the couple questions we had. "
"This place was wonderful! It was extremely comfortable and very spacious. It's also in a great location in town and a quick 10 minutes away from the beaches. Would love to return! "
Three Oaks Home Close To Everything! Two Night Summer Min!
10/10 Excellent
"We slept in the master bedroom and it was very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch off of the master bedroom and the rocking chairs on the front porch. Its proximity to downtown Three Oaks is a huge plus."
The Parish House! 6 bdrm, 8 bath home in the heart of the Village of Three Oaks!
10/10 Excellent
"Tracy was awesome as a host! She provided us with all nice Dyson hairdryers, bathrooms in all rooms, and a huge sick basement with lots of areas to hang. I had 12 girls and it was so spacious. She also provided extra tables and chairs for us to do hibachi in the backyard one night! If I needed anything she was a quick text away which was super helpful. "
Three Oaks Unit Steps To Downtown! 2 Night Summer Min!
10/10 Excellent
"Jason was quick to respond and allowed an early check-in to be able to hop onto a virtual meeting. Apartment was cozy and all I needed for my writing retreat. The lack of kitchen sink and stove freed up any ideas of cooking on my own. I enjoyed the outdoor seating to do some writing as well. It was an easy drive to explore nearby towns. There were plenty of sidewalks available for daily walks to get my brain ready to write. Great setup for recording videos with pleasant backdrops and desk. Only draw backs is the air conditioner is loud as it is inside the unit, but not difficult to turn off at various times when quiet was needed and worked great as white noise machine overnight. There is some odor with hot water but not cold. Overall, it was pleasant and easy to access."
Juniper Presents: The Fourth Oak, Steps to, Journeyman, Downtown & Parks
6/10 Okay
"This is a hard review to write because there a lot of really good things about this property. I'll start with the location, which really is outstanding. Steps to everything in Three Oaks, Journeyman distillery at the end of the driveway, and a quick drive to New Buffalo, Union Pier, Sawyer, beaches, and wineries. Communication was also great. Third party manager was always quick to respond and did come across as genuine, professional, and service oriented.Unfortunately, there were a LOT of calls because there were multiple issues in a 4 day stay, First checkin - the original door code didn't work, nor the second, nor the third. We were stranded outside for nearly an hour in 90 degree weather waiting to get in.Once inside, the property was generally OK, some obvious wear and tear on furniture, etc, nothing terrible but certainly not a "luxury rental" as advertised.Wifi never worked during our stay despite multiple calls, we had to use coffee shop wifi the whole trip. Worst, one bed had clearly clearly not been cleaned between visits, with obvious hairs and stains on the sheets. We had to wash all the sheets ourselves before sleeping.Again, managers responded to every concern but never fully resolved any in the time we were there. My hope is that this is a new property and these issues are worked out in time, but for now it was overall a very disappointing stay. "
