Do not book if you value sleep. The bed is very uncomfortable. It is rock hard platform. The apartment was not as clean. Be sure to purchase extra toilet paper for the apartment. Otherwise the location is great. The two bed room and living area was spacious for my family of four. Would not book here again only because of the uncomfortable bed. Also the check in process is not smooth. Preferred if property manager provided the apartment access sooner than waiting in the lobby to be contacted.

Beautiful view of the river and city, great location and convenient for walking around. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bed sheets are a bit rough which can make it uncomfortable to sleep, otherwise everything is great

Best service from check in to check out! Great location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shopping malls! Easy to navigate with kids and very clean.

Broken shower head. Bathroom is a little outdated, not modern.

Agree that it's a little dated but the room was clean and large. Balcony was fine but wouldn't bother next time as the roof top swimming pool area was great. Wonderful views, drinks available and nice and cool up there. Breakfast was a mix of food (western and Vietnamese) but plentiful and fine. Location was good - 6 minute walk from Burning Monk Statue (Thich Quang Duc) and then on to Independence palace etc. Great beer bar round the corner - try the hard lemonade 😉
