Great location for family trip, within walking distance to shopping and site seeing. Poor communication from hotel,i requested a late check out, was advised a day later this was available, after replying to confirm i would like to do so, I received a email 2 days later to say this was now not available. I also sent a whats app message about organising a tour 1 week before check in and i have still not recieved a reply after i have checked out, we organised this with a company ourselves. We rang reception twice for extra toilet paper as the room had only half a roll for 4 people, after 3 hours my husband had to go down to reception and get it himself. There was also a damp smell in room.
