checking in staff were so cold, not COOL.toilet was auto flushing periodically.no checking in welcome gift received, while others had.when my wife wonderded two beds room assigned, the staff didn't give us a choice,etc.

Room is fine. Check in was slow. The person at check in told me they could not exchange foreight currency from USD to RMB and suggested I go to the bank acound the corner. I made the same request to another staff member the next morning and he met my request without problem
