"Booked hotel morning of and received excellent customer service from staff even before checking in! After informing them of our late arrival, they called twice first to ensure we know how to get there and secondly to advise us to eat outside as kitchen will be close by time we get there. Villas we stayed in is beautiful as seen in pictures and the American breakfast was delicious too."

"The hotel feels like a scam. Don’t go. It was dirty and filthy, with bloodstains on the curtains and a green, neglected pool. The price is at least five times too high for what you get. The place is very poorly maintained, and there were no other guests besides us. It seems they are just waiting to take advantage of unsuspecting visitors. "Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall. "
