Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy.

Old, tired, many spiders in couch. Soap bar small enough to fit in a coin operated vending machine. My companion asked the manager at the front desk if she could fill her plastic drinking cup with ice. He said “you’ll have to pay for it.”
Shower water heater only has two settings: scalding hot or ice cold.
Breakfast buffet is so so.
All that being said, some of the staff was fantastic: parking security guard, a housekeeper and one of two front desk clerks. Very kind, friendly, and service oriented.
Also, with 38 floors towering over Jomtien beach, the view is stunning!
We later went to Healthlands - a super upscale resort just a few kilos up the road. The quality of service, food, cleanliness, and staff service is reminiscent of the best hotels you’ll find in Europe.

The hotel is well presented in a great location very close to Ratchaprarop station (24 minute direct train from Suvarnabhumi airport). The staff were attentive especially V who was friendly and helpful in making the stay extra special. When an issue arose staff and management listened and were accommodating, this left a very good overall impression of the hotel and the team.
