"Very basic accommodation. Negatives: First room had a leak in the pipes to shower that sprayed water all over the floor in the night. Fitted sheet on bed wouldn't stay on/kept coming off. Was asked if I wanted to move to different room... but then was charged extra for it. Wi-Fi didn't work in second room. Asked if staff could check... was told nothing they could do. On the positive: They do have decent food available."

"I stayed in room A-2, near the office area. In my special instructions, I asked for 4 extra pillows and I would check in after 6pm. We arrived just before 7pm. The night manager greeted us like we were thieves. We told him (my Thai g/f) we wanted to check in. I gave him my passport and reservation booking number. He stood there asking for money. I told him and showed him i had paid. Just go look it up to see my booking # and information. Did he go to the office... no...he kept saying he...
