dirty bathrooms
We got to the house and was excited it was nice and large. At first glance it seemed clean. However all the bathrooms were filthy from the last quest. There were pee stains, hair and brown dirty water in the toliet. All showers were also dirty and not clean with hair and dirt in them. None of the toliets, sinks or tubs had been cleaned before our arrival. My kids were so disgusted by this they would not use the bathrooms. We had to go by cleaning stuff to clean one bathroom we could all share - which was very disappointing. I had messaged the host and they said they were going to send their cleaners back out the next morning which never happened. I have never had this experience at a house on VRBO before. I did ask for a refund on our cleaning fee since we had to clean ourselves and they said they would not give us any money back when this house obviosly hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. I had sent photos of all the dirty toliets and sinks and floors but they don't care. Other than the disgusting bathrooms the house was a nice size and convienent location.
