"Places is extremely clean. Service is awesome. Even in the restaurant is great a little problem with the party going on in the outside my room that was another hotel so they moved me to the other side about 11 o'clock at night, but they did it right away, but other than that, it was a great stay."

"The location is great, but the check-in experience was poor. I was forced to wait over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Then the person in charge of the breakfast room was rude; they wanted you to sit in a specific area, no Matter if you have mobility issues, if you don’t, she creates a hostile environment with the other employees who can eat like that? The manager tried to fix the situation, but the damage was already done "

"Tequendama Hotel is convenient for its location as well as the plethora of restaurants around to go and eat. The best part of the hotel was the staff: Friendly, attentive and super professional. Breakfast at El Virrey was amazing (Special Thanks to Juan!), The food at Inkai was superb. The downside to the hotel: Noise levels are definitely something to be addressed. Also, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the rooms seem a little worn down. Overall a really good stay."
