Holiday Home 'Villa Dei Desideri' with Sea View, Shared Pool, and Air Conditioning
Located in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, the pleasant and comfortable Villa dei Desideri is just 400 meters from the beautiful Ogliastra sea, visible from the shaded veranda—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The Abba Urci Residence, where Villa dei Desideri is situated, offers tennis, soccer, volleyball, and bocce courts, as well as free private parking.
OUTDOORS: Villa dei Desideri features a large, comfortable outdoor area. The furnished veranda overlooks the private garden and offers lovely views of the sea and the pool (shared with three other villas) next to the garden, where you can unwind on the sun loungers provided. The veranda includes a gas and brick barbecue, outdoor sink, and washing machine.
INDOORS: The villa has a spacious kitchen and living room equipped with microwave, electric oven, large fridge, dishes, and a sofa bed. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms with a large connecting bathroom featuring a shower cabin, toilet, and bidet (wheelchair accessible). There is also a double bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with shower and bidet. The accommodation is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.
GUEST ACCESS: The residence offers free parking, sports courts, and a seafront bar-restaurant. About 1 km away, you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a supermarket. The beach next to the residence is Foxi Manna, and the coast boasts many charming coves.
