Rustic house for 5 with fireplace and garden

5 km from the village, along the Route des 1000 Etangs, this 80m² detached house sleeps 5. It has been listed as a Gîte de France since 1972. It is located in a former farmhouse, surrounded by an unfenced lawn with a terrace and a pétanque court. Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, mezzanine, shower room, and toilet.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, and toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, and fireplaces.

TV with DVD player. Telephone and internet access.

Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Open from early May to late September.

Upon request: bed linen rental and baby furniture available.

Options and charges:
Double bed linen: €10, Single bed linen: €5
Electric heating, electricity at an additional cost for those using more than 8 kWh/day. Free wood for the fireplace.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners.
