"Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked."

"I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

"Nice stay. Quite cheap and close to Baselga, where I was during day time for speed skating competition. Staff was polite and helpful. Sauna costed extra, this should possibly have been included. Dinner was good! Hotel has gas station, bank and grocery store just within 100m range. "
