"super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. "We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend."

"Check in was excellent. Very friendly and efficient and didn’t take long at all. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds and all the areas were also very clean and well maintained. The location was very good and right next to some shops and bars but wasn’t noisy at all. The actual hotel was very quiet. There were lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back there again. "

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "
