"El hotel esta muy bonito somos cubanos y por ende nos encanta poder estar en un lugar que nos recuerde nuestra tierra antes de que los castros la destruyeran, es comodo la piscina increible la atencion exelente el unico problema es que no se quien habra inventado el entrar a las 4 de la tarde y salir a las 11 de la mañana pero por lo demas exelente."

"I felt like I was charged for valet that I had no choice but to use, the shuttle that is referred to has limited seating so if you use their shuttle you may get left if there is not a return seat for you and it only runs every 2 hours , one pool was shut the entire time I was there. Our room was still being cleaned and we did not arrive until after 5pm. "

"Loved the hotel. Room bright and fresh. Liked the pool area and the games provided. Watching the boats come into the marina each day was fun too. The restaurant was perfect for lunch. Great service all around. The shuttle works very well. One blip when it left early and we had to wait an hour for the next one. "

"Room smelled like bleach and was pretty clean and simple. Comfortable bed. It was not a very private location and the cleaning staff decided the best place for gossip/staff meeting was 2 feet behind our car as we tried to pack up and they didn’t move at all. Could hear all the neighbors. "

"We had to change room because the bottom of the shower was cracked and leaking in the bathroom. The second room had mold in the shower. The floors had not been washed for a while. It looks more like a motel. The breakfast was very good and luckily it was included in our price otherwise it would have cost 18$US per person. The shuttle is a nice way to get downtown and is included in the 25$US resort fee. Parking is not free (around 16$US per day)"
