What I like about this hotel is the breakfast buffet is amazing but I feel like you need to book it at the same time that you book your hotel. "Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Breakfast is fresh, English name on each dish, service is great, room is super clean and spacious, close to shopping, foods, Yokohama Station, love the small gifts at the front desk: facial cleaning, cream, shave cream, comb, and toothpaste/brush etc. Very generous. Safe area, no noisy. "
