"We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson (aged 4). The rooms were very spacious and there were two bathrooms, one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. We enjoyed the bath. "This was a great experience. Flight was delayed so we arrived after-hours. Let the staff know and keys were left in a secured locker outside. The room is really nice, clean, spacious, with own refrigerator. The staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was de-liciiious... Plenty of parking on the property. Highly recommended."

"Staff were welcoming and worked efficiently; room was clean and much larger than MOST hotels I found in Zürich for much higher prices and which did not include breakfast like this hotel does! The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a custom, self-serve, espresso coffee machine included. They also had a HUGE selection including made to order omelettes, many breads & cheeses, hot & cold food, fresh fruits. Access to the spa next door which was unbelievable! Huge heated pool & jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and elaborate gym! Price was very reasonable especially compared to all the others which had lower ratings. The trains run to Winterthur often, from Zurich main and also the airport. Hotel is about 10min walk from train station. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed in this hotel couple of times and really like it! Room, the facilities, and their bath procedures - everything is excellent, the staff are always nice and polite ! However, during this last stay, I booked a massage. The massage is quite expensive. It was supposed to be a Thai massage, but honestly it was not like a Thai massage at all. At the same time, I would like to say that the massage therapist herself was very friendly and nice, but she performs the massage not that level. I think the management should send her to some additional courses, or perhaps help her improve her professional level, especially if you are positioning the massage service at such a price point. That said, I will definitely come back to this hotel again, but I will not book a massage next time."
