Modern Holiday Apartment "Schmuckstück" with Mountain View

The modern vacation apartment "Schmuckstück" in the heart of the Hegau volcanic landscape, located in Hilzingen, offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The new building has 129 m² of living space with a dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle) and 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) and thus accommodates 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms (one has a bathtub, the other one a shower). Additional amenities of the apartment include Wi-Fi, cable TV, radio and board games. A supermarket, a bar and a restaurant can be reached in about 10-15 minutes onfoot (about 1 km from the accommodation). Near the accommodation there is also an outdoor swimming pool, tennis club and a miniature golf course. The surroundings of Hilzingen are ideal for numerous excursions. The shore of Lake Constance can be reached after only 15 minutes by car (approx. 15 km), Switzerland after only 5 minutes by car (approx. 5 km).



The apartment is especially suitable for craftsmen and business travellers.



Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property and the adjacent road. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung. In nächster Nähe ist das Freibad, welches fußläufig erreicht werden kann sowie eine Minigolfanlage. Supermärkte sind auch im Ort vorhanden.

Eine tolle Bleibe für einen Aufenthalt in der Bodenseeregion

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir hatten ein entspanntes Familienwochende in dieser sauberen. geräumigen, hellen und toll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Von Kaffeekapseln über Klopapier bis zu Spielen war alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber pünktlich und total nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus!

Pros: Super Gastgeber...sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sogar mit einer Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung 🍾🥂 alles sehr sauber 👍 Cons: Der untere Bereich ist sehr schön...im oberen Bereich fehlt es etwas an Gemütlichkeit. Die Schlafräume sind mir zu ungemütlich!!! Die Wände weiß und kein Bilder an den Wänden. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Mir ist es zu kahl!

Ein unvergesslicher schöner Urlaub

Pros: Der Empfang war toll , mit kleinen Nettigkeiten wie Secco , Kaffee war vorhanden . Das machte das Ankommen sehr freundlich . Das Haus war wie beschrieben . Alles da was man brauchte . Würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Ferienunterkunft . Spielplatz für die Kids war in absoluter Sichtweite und sehr gepflegt Cons: Nachts kühlte das Haus nicht ab , jede Nacht hatten wir gewaltig durchgeschwitzt .

Hier handelt es sich wirklich um ein Schmuckstück.

Pros: Die Übergabe gestaltete sich total unkompliziert. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und hat alles was man in einer FeWo benötigt. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten keinen Mangel an Geschirr oder Handtüchern. Lebensmittelmärkte sind in der Nähe.

Schöne neue Wohung, ruhige Lage, Parkplätze am Haus, netter Vermieter.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem perfekte und ruhige Lage. Cons: Gefehlt haben uns: Handtuchhalter im kleinen Bad (wohin mit den feuchten Duschtüchern?)!!! Nur 4 Müslischalen für 5 Personen, zum Nachtisch das Eis mussten wir aus Tassen bzw. Gläsern essen. Zum Kochen von Pudding für die Kids fehlte ein Schneebesen. Mit einem einzigen vorhandenen Kochlöffel hat es leider nicht funktioniert.

Toller Ort, tolle Lage

Sehr netter Vermieter, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und direkt gegenüber ist ein Spielplatz, wo man die Kinder direkt vom Balkon im Blick hat. Zu Edeka sind es zu Fuß 10 min und mit dem Auto ist man eigentlich innerhalb von 30 Minuten an jedem Ziel was man so anstrebt 👍🏻

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung im Baugebiet

Die sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet mit viel Bautätigkeit und entsprechendem Lärm. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt nicht - es gibt keine zwei Bäder mit jeweils Dusche und Badewanne (nur 1 x) und gar keine Gäste-WCs. Barrierefrei ist die Wohnung nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und an den meisten Fenstern sind keine Gardinen - man muss die Rollos herunterlassen, wenn man im Bad Sichtschutz haben will. Sehr netter Mieterbetreuer. Die Ausstattung ist neu und schön.

Sehr schöne geschmackvolle Wohnung, fast perfekt eingerichtet. Ein paar kleine Details fehlen noch. Es könnte mehr Kochgeschirr vorhanden sein (für 6 Personen ) und eine Ablage (Stuhl im oberen Bad) wäre schön. Ansonsten alles da. Kaffee, Gewürze, Duschgel, etc., , wir kommen gerne wieder. Tatsächlich ein Schmuckstück in Top Lage

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Sie haben sogar eine Auswahl an Restaurants und Reisezielen zusammengestellt. Die Lage am Stadtrand von Hilzingen, einerseits im Grünen und in einem neuen Wohngebiet, andererseits ganz in der Nähe des Bodensees, vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, Städte, der Schweiz, … macht es zu einem tollen Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Region. Dass in 5 Gehminuten ein schönes Freibad, eine Minigolfanlage, und für kleine Kinder in Guckweite ein gut ausgestatteter, neuer Spielplatz ist, rundet das Angebot ab. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und hell. Bis auf Messbecher und ein paar weitere Töpfe, haben wir nichts vermisst. Strom, schnelles Internet, Fernseher, Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs, Duschgel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, … war alles schon da. Dass der Balkon noch nicht fertig war, hat uns deshalb nicht gestört. Wir geben deshalb als Familie in jeder Hinsicht gerne 5 von 5 Sternen.
