The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it was good. Starbucks and other restaurants are close by and the train station has lots of shops and more places to eat. I can not say enough good things about staying here.

Close to transport, shopping and eateries. Convenient location and lovely breakfast. Room is acceptable size but a bit challenging to open 2 suitcases at one time. Room has fridge, safe, kettle and great coffee machine.
The main down side is the very low tech air conditioner that hardly cools the room. Summer is not fully upon us but the room feels like at least 30C the whole time even though the air conditioning is on full blast.
