"Great staff who were very nice and accommodating. The staff during the breakfast hour was the most friendliest staff I've met and ensure that the buffet items were replenished consistently and continuously. The public bath was a nice touch/addition; didnt know there was one until the day we checked in. The amenities were also very abundant and nice from the body washing sponge to the drip coffee. Rooms are of typical sizes you expect in Japan so just keep that in mind when you stay here."

"Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. We loved the traditional architecture-with modern amenities-and the room was clean and had very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar area were perfect for our short stay. The staff were very nice, professional. Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "
